MISSION

My purpose is to serve others, both individually and collectively, by amplifying their inner wisdom, grounding in the birthright of ancestral and spiritual connection, navigating death, and reaching higher potential through energetic and somatic healing practices. I welcome a diverse clientele, ranging in age, gender expression, familial & cultural dynamics, and spiritual belief systems.

BIO

I was born in Portland, OR, and grew up on the Oregon coast, learning and playing in the forest and on farmland. I currently work in a prominent healthcare organization, hold a B.A. in Business Administration, Medical Assisting Certification, and I’m a formally trained Death Midwife, Labor Doula, Reiki Practitioner, and Bowenwork Practitioner. I have completed intensive trainings in Trauma Informed Care, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, antiracism, and reclaiming indigenous and feminine practices. Access and safe spaces are at the forefront of my work. I am also an experienced natural builder (cob, strawbale), outdoor organic gardener with an indoor plant jungle, source and refurbish vintage and antique furniture, and I start each day visualizing my future over a cup of tea. I am ever in gratitude for my growing circle of loved ones, beginning with my core soulmates: beautiful wife, amazing son, and beloved German shepherd.
